Default Vertical Lines on Screen ~ 1.5" spaced

For some reason or another, my screen has developed faint vertical lines spaced about 1.5 inches apart across the entire screen. It's only noticeable on certain solid colors and black screens, but seems weird. Has anybody else had experience with this?

i've tried 59 60 and 75. I don't see a difference in the lines.

mmm ok... so that's not the issue.

Have you tried hooking the screen up to another computer (if available)?
