Default Component cable connector broke off inside monitor!

Hey everyone, I just got some component cables for my Wii, but when I had to remove them from my TV, the green one broke off and is jammed inside of the port! Is there some kind of tool I could buy to remove this from a regular electronics store such as radio shack or whatever? Otherwise, how would I remove this connector without taking apart my monitor? Thanks!

ORIGINAL THREAD: http://discuss.extremetech.com/forum...004414587.aspx

EDIT: FIXED

is the inside of the connector hollow? If it is then you could use the most powerful glue you can find and put some inside the connector then place some kind of stick or rod inside the tube (make sure it sticks out a few inches). Let the glue set for the night then...PULL!!!

If connector is solid then methinks you're boned.

Good luck man. I sure hope you get this problem sorted out quickly.

It might be kindof ghetto but it works! Ive done it before on some other stuff. Never tried it with electronic equipment but the same concept still applies.

EDIT: O crap...I just saw that you fixed it. First of all CONGRATS!! Second, Please do tell us how you managed. Was it my method? Cuz that would be sweet
