Default Is the brand Soyo any good?

I found a AWSOME deal on a 22inch soyo LCD. I was just wondering it its a pretty good brand. Im on a ULTRA tight budget and the monitor comes right in what I want to spend.

This is the LCD.

I have heard mixed reviews about Soyo. Some people get phenomenal ones while other ones are sub-par.
