Default Can my current monitor be hooked up to a Xbox 360?

So currently I have a: HP f2105
http://reviews.cnet.com/lcd-monitors...-31453816.html
Specs for reference above.

And I will be going off to college in the fall and I wanted to bring my 360 with me. Would I have to get a TV too, or could I hook it up to my computer monitor? And if so is there anything special I'd have to do?

Thanks.

Yes you would have to buy the vga adapter for it though. Not sure where to get them but it is an official microsoft accesory so probably anywhere.
