Default Is this a good 22" monitor?

The price blew me away for some of the specs like the CR (8000:1 Dynamic)

Just need some more opinions please

This will be a secondary monitor, with a mounted 32 inch 1080p as a main gaming monitor, but its too big to sit a foot from :P


Please, if theres anything rubbish about this monitor let us know.
