Default 22" Widescreen Acer X223w LCD w/DVI, Blurry Text?

I just sold my 19" Dell Widescreen LCD w/DVI for $140 and went to CompUsa and bought a 22" Acer X223w LCD w/DVI for $169.99 out the door. It seems good so far except my text is a little blurry especially when I use the 1680x1050 resolution, is this because I have an 8600GT graphics card with 256mb of RAM? My system below is up to date so tell me what you think what could be causing blurry text. Thanks!

Look-up the proper native resolution of the monitor and set that number in the Display Settings (under the Control Panel). If you don't use native resolution on LCDs, things will appear blurry especially text files.

well, what I did was load the driver, reboot the computer and then I went into the nVidia control panel under "Display" and then "Change flat panel scaling" I hit the button that said "Change to Native Resolution" and it automatically chose the resolution for me and it looks a lot better now!

Ah yes, my nVidia control panel does the same when I swap to my LCD TV.
