You can get a Dell E248WFP for about that.

Actually on Dell's website they aren't having the sale for that monitor so it's $399
If you go to www.dell.com/outlet you can get a Dell refurbished one for $279

I've found them on a couple different sites for $275, but I think they are refurbished.

For some odd reason, the 1920x1080's are very cheap compared to the 1920x1200 and I don't know why. You could get a Dell S2409W for much less. About $319 new from Dell and probably $250 from the Outlet.

Edit: This site had them new without box for $199, but apparently they are sold out now. Even though you mentioned no eBay, the best bet to find one of these is on eBay for about $250-275 shipped Buy It Now.

Samsung T240 Recertified
http://www.ecost.com/detail.aspx?edp...i_sku=42136504

Samsung 245BW
http://www.legendmicro.com/store/563...BW.lmsp?RID=23

I think everything for that price would be refurbished. Unless it's a 1920x1080.

A buddy of mine almost sold his Gateway 24" here. I had to quickly change his mind as it has a Samsung PVA panel found in the 245T.

The pricing at the above places is only about $20 off from discounted ("sale") retail pricing.

Here's a list of 24" LCD monitors (1920 x 1200 past the first one) for well under $299. Some are even as cheap as $260.
