Default Dell Ultra Sharp 2408wfp stuck pixel

How do i get rid of stuck pixels? i have one red small dot in the left side of my screen.

Also i called Dell about a month a ago and they sent me a new Dell ultrasharp 24" 4 days later and i was instructed to send my defected monitor, but its been 3 weeks now and i still havnt sent it and they havent called at all, i think im going to keep it lol. i have two 24" displays now!!

i just read in overclockers UK forums. this one guy has 3 dell ultrasharps from calling dell about his defective 2408wfp. his name is Big.Wayne and he has pictures too idk if dell called though
