I recently purchased the Acer H233H monitor, and I find that its colors looks horrible and washed out, and the viewable part of the screen isn't even in the middle, so I am going to return it. I also found out it has a TN Display, and I was told to go for TFT. As far as the HP monitor goes, theres no real complaints, and everybody says there's looks stunning.

I say go for it. It looks like a very nice monitor.
I'd go for something like this though... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001280 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824005132

But if you're set on the 21.5 then that's still a sweet monitor.

Heh yeah, well, there's only an inch or so in it, so enjoy the HP and please let me know what you think. I'm sort of regretting not waiting a bit longer and buying the HP 2309m. Not because the LG won't be a better monitor, but because I love it's looks. I'm a bit superficial, I love aesthetics. The HP's look like the expensive apple monitors a bit. Check this out, you can tell that one company must have copied the other.
