Default Best Gaming LCD?

I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but times change, and so do monitors.

I'm not sure if it's possible, but any that have zero input lag? I want the monitor to be 22"+ but try to keep the price under $200. Over 300 is an absolute no-go. Most likely 200-300 is a no-go as well. So please under $200!

It will be used strictly for gaming, so if it has decent color quality etc, it's simply a plus.
