Everybody saying get a 24" or get an LCD tv has NO idea what they are talking about. It is a completely different thing. There is practically no other monitor on the planet that can display a picture like a good 30".

i totally agree. i dont own 30" yet. When i upgrade from 22" to 24" the screen size was a big difference.

Without much trouble.
__________________People seem to grossly overestimate these monitors; they're not all that hard to push. My old 280 was a perfect match for this resolution. It kept up with all my games, including Crysis on high, without so much as breaking a sweat. The main issue with having so many pixels is that Anti-aliasing becomes hugely demanding on the GPU, and in a lot of games you won't be able to max out AA. Even the 4770 I'm using right now can manage my games, albeit with no AA. You tell me though which would look better: 8x AA @ 1080p or 2x AA @ 2560x1600. Bottom line, as long as you can deal with slightly more noticeable jaggies, your setup should have more than playable frame rates in everything.
