Default 28" Hanns G Pics/Info!! Please!

To anyone and everyone that has a 28" Hanns G monitor!

I humbly request any picture you might be able to scrounge up of the monitor on your desk/wall/etc... Just for some size and rough quality comparison...

I currently have a 32 LCD mounted on my wall and a 22" LCD on my desk which is my main monitor.... the VGA for the 32" in ran through the walls into the attack since the TV is flat mounted on a wall and I only use it for watching movies via MPC/WMC/WMP/etc... Both LCD panels are samsungs...

I have been planning for a while to upgrade to a 3 monitor setup so I can have two in front of me with a fullscreen game/app etc and then bring up info on the other monitor. (I plan to run a 4350 in a x1 slot to run one of the monitors and the other two on my 4890)

My main issue is with the pixel pitch on the Hanns G... for a budget monitor its got some great reviews if you can get your hands on one without a dead pixel or you are able to fix them, but I am worried that next to my 22" samsung it will just seem less crisp and bland color wise...

Anyone have any input?

Thanks +REP to any 1st hand experience

Yeah I got one. Love the damn thing.

NOWHERE near the quality of a Samnsung, but the size/price makes up for it.

That said, the picture is decent and bright, the backlight bleeding is ehh at some angles, but striaght ahead looking it looks good!

I also considered buying one of these. I've had trouble in the past with HDMI lagging, does this happen with your screen?

Picture of it behind my old old old old 19" lcd.
Just took the other picture. Used ms paint to resize it...don't mind the quality.

I love this monitor. Took a bit of tuning to get it right. It's eye-bleedingly bright when you get it out of the box. I don't see any ghosting or whatever in games. Movies look fine, the blacks are alright... It's nice for the money.

It doesnt look THAT big compared to the 19"... I expected it to really dwarf it in size but maybe its just because of the different aspect ratios of the monitors... im sure a widescreen 19 would look pretty tiny...

Thanks for the desk Pic...

Im like legit worried im gonna buy it and stick it side by side with my samsung 22" and be completely disappointed with the color/clarity....

Think I can adjust the two monitors to get the color/contract pretty close to one another ?

Or am i Better off waiting another month and getting a pair of Dell or Samsung 24's...

No problem. My mother-n-law has that old 19", I had to fix her comp once. I couldn't stand looking at it after being used to the Hanns-G.

Yeah it really does. The 28" is huge.

Trust me, it's not the best, but it's totally fine
