Default which lg would be best

i am tempted to go with the led because it is newer technology. but the 23 inch lcd is rated pretty high. just wondering if led makes a difference in a tn panel. i'll be using the monitor exclusively for pc gaming and web browsing.

I would go LED It would have a longer life span, not as hot, cheaper electrical bills, and a very slight better image

With led theres really not a huge difference between the two since its just back-lighting with led instead of cathodes.

If it's local dimming than expect better blacks with the LED.
