__________________ not much difference in the motherboard.. and the concept of changing the vcore is pretty much the same.. with proper testing equipment like a voltmeter and some other tools you can pull it off! give it a go...http://sg.vr-zone.com/?i=1582&s=3 that should help somewhat. if you have the same layout components wise. then it shouldnt be a problem. just try it with your pc taken apart and test with a voltmeter to check if your getting an accurate vcore readout. +rep

__________________Did anyone try the above? and does it work? I got the same board and a 3700+ that I can only run at 2.97mhz, got it up to 3.08mhz today but was not stable for long, and sometimes it wouldnt even post.
