EPOX 8npa-sli..Looking for more vcore
The fact that i can't go over 1.6 vcore is killin me and i can't take it anymore!! I have been on all googled search returns and been loking everywhere and cant find a volt mod>> So is ther any on here that can guide me how to do it my self or atleast guide me in the right direction. some time over the next couple days will be tearing down to clean and to change the cooling fluid and i will take as many pics of the chips on the board to identify them..Kinda hopeing it will be close to a socket 939 nForce 4 sli chipset..
2.5 just aint cuttin it anymore i wanna be back close to 3.0 tips,hint,links any info at all will be much apreciated, thanks in advance

That board isn't very overclock freindly so you might not be able to get the clocks you once had on a previous board i'm guessing

yeah i know, that motherboard simply wont let you set yoru v core higher , it doesn't suport it.

and then it will die
if your at 1.6vcore now and only at 2.5ghz then you either fubard the overclock up or you have a really really crap stepping

ive ran it at 2.0vcore for 4 months in my old board and it will go over 2.6 i just like the mem to be at 250...i have water cooling and the cpu neverbeen over 50*c

2.0 vcore is phase change territory , i seriously doubt your cpu will last long at 2.0v
why dont you just run a divider and/or change the multi
