Default Working on a new voltmod for the a8n-sli

ive started working on a voltmod for the a8n-sli's ram
im building a small voltage reducer for the 5V line to put upto 4V into some bh5 gskill. i thought about using a transformer but i cant find any with the right input/output voltage that i can regulate, the only thing i can think of that will work better is a custom pcb with a air cooled IC that will alow me to change the voltage to my liking. im not sure if fry's sells voltage ic's that will support this kind of voltage.

yes i could just get a dfi board and use that, but whats the fun if its already done?

i came to this cuz my ram stops clocking at 254mhz 2-2-2-5 with 3.4V
and i dont know if the chips can survive the 5.3V my psu is pumping out

any suggestions would be very helpfull

DONE!!
this thing is simple, too simple, it does ~4volts max and im pretty sure it can work with other board voltmods if you know what your doing.
counter-clockwise for less, clockwise for more but im sure you alredy knew that.

[edit] if you want your voltage to be more stable put a capacitor about 1000uF between the output and ground but this will slowdown the time you see a diffrence in voltage (fraction of a second)
