Default ASrock Mobo Vcore settings

Hi all,

I am new to oc and would like to oc my new build. Here's my rig specs:

ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA LGA 775 VIA PT880 Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard
dc2 conroe e6400
2 gig kingston ddrII 667
wdc 250 sata 7200 rpm 16 mb Hdd
Nvidia gforce 5200 256 agp
PCI SB surround sound 5.1
Raidmax Similodon 500 wts case w/ six fans
AMD BIOS-flashed

Stability Testing Programs(installed)
CPUZ
Memtest86+
Prime95
3dmark05

Ok. So, I went in BIOS and CPU frequency is set at "AUTO"
--what settings would I use: Synchronous or Acychronous (sis)
--In Advanced Chipset, I did not see a RAM speed. Mostly AGP settings
--Vcore: grayed out(meaning I can't change vcore?) What can I do to change vcore?

I've read some of the oc guilds and l loaded BIOS as I mentioned above.
Any suggestions
