Default DFI LanParty 925X-T2 Voltages

I'm a noob when it comes to overclocking, I've stepped up my P4 820D 2.80GHz CPU to 3.01GHz and it's stable. I want to go further and I'm not sure what my cpu core voltage should be set at, my DRAM Voltage, or my NB(Northbridge right?) voltage should be at. Can someone help me in setting these voltages or explain when and why I should increase them? Does increasing the DRAM voltage make the RAM run at a higher frequency? Thank you.
