Just find that chip that says KOREA on it, and the picture makes it easy from there on. Im still in disbelief that I have 0 vdroop under load.

Nice its a Q that I have been trying to answer for a while. Now the vdroop will be gone, finally!!!

Yep, if you get the right resistor(Which it isnt that hard since the blue mark is on the right one) then you'll deffinetly see a difference
__________________ It doesnt eliminate all vdroop, but my vdroop is only 0.014 under idle, and 0.014 under load under any circumstance, so thats very damn good IMO.I knew a pencil was handy for something  When i did this mod on my P5B-Plus, it yielded even more results than with this board, but I'm very satisfied.

No it does not void it. Its just a small bit of lead on a tiny transistor. It can easily be whiped off with no trace of it ever being there if you needed to RMA

I never posted my results with the vdroop mod. I get 1.376v at Load and Idle with not a budge with 1.4 set in BIOS. This just goes to show that this vdroop mod works great on this board

what kind of pencil.. a number 2 .. or something special and if you keep shading will it make it more stable.. or even cause a reverse where the voltage reads higher then whats set in the bios ???
