Default Is there a mod to increase vcore?

Right now i cannot get my pentium d 930 above 3.6ghz my temps are fine so im assuming the problem is that it just needs more power but my BIOS doesnt have an option to change the vcore. so is there a mod i could do to my motherboard to raise it a bit
