Default MSI P4M900M2L and ram voltages and overclocking problem

Dear users
5 days before i tried to overclock my CPU first i set the ram speed at 400MHz i have 1GB DDR2 667MHZ and set the ram voltages to ultra yellow coloured votages for ultra red for dangerous white for normal and grey for default when i restarted the PC i worked CPU was overclocked to 3.3GHz for 3.0GHz
and 2 days after that my games that were giving excollent fps on my pc without overclocking begin to hang again again and again and when i reinstalled my windows XP same again nothing changed then i restarted my pc and it hangs at post's first step when this happened some one told me to clear the cmos by jumper and cell i did that ut the same problem it hang during first stage of the post
My Specifications are
CPU =3.0GHz intel 800MHz 2MB
motherboard = MSI P4M900M2L VIA chip set
HDD = 160GB seagate sata
VGA= GEforce 8400GS
one thing more i also overclocked the VGA with the riva tuner but games were more fine from dafault settings of VGA
i also have checked all the comonents on another pc they are good and ok
and also on this Pc with minumum components but the motherboard hangs during first stage of POST help me
