there already a few posts on OCN for correcting Vdroop on the asus commando. Theres a non- solder method and a soldering method. J ust do a search on the "commando" and "vdroop." If you cant find it, then i can help you out with my own pics.

that sounds fairly normal to me. What you set in the bios won't be what you see when you are reading off voltage sensing software on your OS. I would trust CPU-z's reading. As for that Vdroop it can be a stability problem. The easiest fix for that is the pencil Mod. I've done it and id have to say it helps.

![]() so if there are any dutchies in here that know what store sells nice soft pencils (i normally never write...just type )or is it possible to solder instead of pencil the board? that would be sweet and instantly-do-able ![]()

you can solder a vdroop mod on the commando but you will lose warranty! why risking that if a pencil can do the job?
![]() here are some pics for the vdroop mod on the commando: http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/4...redroophe6.jpg http://www.lifepatcher.com/pc/vdroopmod.JPG you can look onto this guide! its for P5B series but the P5B Dlx and the commando are nearly the same ![]() http://www.overclock.net/motherboard...-asus-p5b.html
