Default Vcore / Vdroop mod question?!?!

Ok, so this is the Vdroop mod that I'm using, for my Asus p5k

I can confirm that the Vdroop mod I'm using works, as I now only have a vdroop of .05 v from idle to load, using a 2B pencil.

I previously had a .12 v vdroop from idle to load.. so I know it works.

My plan is to shade it in some more to see if I can eliminate the vdroop even further.

But my problem is that when I set vcore in bios, say at 1.45, it reads 1.42 v in windows.

Can anyone confirm that if I were to shade in the transistor labelled "vcore mod" and the little circle, that this would reduce the descrepency between bios vcore and windows vcore?

The reason I ask this, is because I dont want to go shading things that I shouldn't be. (ie. Shading the circle when I'm not supposed to)

Please help!

I would advise against a vcore mod. As long as you can set a voltage, and have it stay at a voltage, why bother?
