__________________Have question about supply voltages the -12v and the -5v I read of of sisandra shows these voltages and on my system they are all over the board thou I dont have any issues unless I have everything really clocked up what exactly are they for and are they a major player in system capabilities. also notice my +5v verys alot up and down. my 12v ,Dimm and cpu voltages are pretty steady and within the 5% range. thanks

The 5 and 3.3 volt lines really don't matter much, the 12 volt however is very important.
Could you fill out your system specs? In a situation like this we could just glance down at your PSU and tell you if it is good or not, if its a poor brand we could recommend one that would be cheap yet suite your needs better etc... Run Orthos or some other demanding ish stuff and tell us what it reads. You cannot get precise readings on these sorts of things without using a multi meter, but you can get a rough idea.

I ran orthos and prime each for 20 min for a short test and monitiored it thru sandra and everest with both around same readings.

I guess what I'm looking for is what the -5 and -12 voltages do or power in the system.I have not been into the OC or building long around a year but have been doing alot in last 6 months.I know that stability calls for a tolerance of around 5% to have proper voltage supply and if the -5 and -12 are a key stability or power supply line then I have a issue with this psu. The only time I have lock up or crash is when I push the htt/fsb past 240. Which I think its due to the stock chipset cooler and its mainly on run with prime95. Also if I push my GPU past 712 or the memory past 480 which the system then has a graphics crash in which that I'm pretty sure its a amp supply from psu.Its not the greatest only 400w continus 550 max. 25a 12v rail. Appreciate any help on the duties of the -5 ,-12 and that standby voltage would really like to know what they are for.

.. those are (-) .. they are ground amperage readings.
Nothing to worry about, its actually telling you how much current your rig is drawing under those circumstances. ..If those were the +12 and +5v lines..then you would have a problem indeed.
