Default P5E3 Deluxe bios locked? HALP

Hello,

The title pretty much describes my poblem. In the manual there is "Advanced settings" tab (with wanted voltage options) which i can't see, nor i can adjust FSB and the AI Booster utility is so gay that i don't want to discuss it.

Downloaded bios update utility from asus (chosen vista 64 bit) but it turned out not to be supported by my windows (vista 64 ultimate).

My BIOS version is 1303 of 2008/07/28 update and the newest bios is 1404 of 2008/10/09 update.

Ironicaly i've always wanted to do some proper OCing for gaming benefits while two my previous systems didnt provide voltage settings so now i bought this quite high end system and did i failed yet once more?'

Actualy i have a fair CPU OC with AI booster but as mentioned above i dont want to discuss it.

Thx for ur time and help.

edit -------------------------------------

Actualy in BIOS "AI booster" (or AI something) menu there are voltage options but locked.
