Default Pencil modding my Biostar

I am thinking about pencil modding my Biostar board to eliminate the Vrdroop, so it shows a constant 1.5v running to my cpu. Is this the area that contains the resistor that needs penciling? It looks kinda like the other chipset areas that need shading, sorry if I sound like a n00b but i'm not clear on technical terms if any apply here.
