Hay, i have problem with this motherboard. I have vdroop.
In bios: 1.450
Windows: 1.4020
Load:1.380
This motherboard have pencil mod?

Vdroop is actually a very, very good thing. Please see the following 2 pages taken from a lengthy article over at AnandTech:

Just raise the voltage to compensate for it, and everything will be perfectly safe and fine. Trust AnandTech, not me.

But what you're seeing before the load is called vDrop. The vDroop occurs when the CPU load is introduced.
