Did you download the Last.FM program? If you did, it usually take a while to update it to the website. And you can't cheat the program! :P Gotta listen to over 2 mins or so to take effect.

You have to download the Last.FM program and it should give you options for plugins. I believe I saw Winamp, Itunes and WMP. But, I use winamp.
