For a long time i had used Zonealarm as my firewall...the other day someone told me that i should just uninstall it and use my Router as my firewall..how would i set that up? do i have to change settings on the router itself? i have a Microsoft MN-700 Wireless Router..Any help would be greatly appericated.

Check your router specs. If it says it's a NAT Router, then it is already acting as a firewall. You still might want a software firewall for outbound traffic.
