OK, I think it can be done without Active Directory, but when I go to ADD/REMOVE programs/windows components...it's not available...I've already installed IIS....but theres no FTP protocol anywhere...and I don't have the CD, so where is the executable to install FTP on the server?

IIS FTP blows.
__________________You don't need AD for IIS. I can't specifically recall doing this but you can. After you click on IIS, click details and check FTP.

Aha, see, this is what I meant...I click FTP, go to install it and it asks for the CD....I do not have the CD....isn't there an EXE somewhere?

Oh. Compressed files are copied from the CD and extracted and put in place. No EXE. You need the CD.

You can download a trial .iso from Microsoft.
__________________these appear to be .img , you may need to look around a little on microsoft.com's site but im fairly sure you will find what your looking for. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...linstruct.mspx Mount with a program like magic iso, alcohol.
