i've had godaddy for just over a year now and i've only had a problem on my site once. anytime i've called i've gotten a person pretty quickly and they seemed to know what they were talking about.

go daddy is absolute garbage and you cant even look at stats and block ips like that and their interface is absolutely terrible. they also cap ur download speeds and your lucky if you get above 150kbps on download

well i don't use my site for file downloads but i don't have problems with any of the other stuff
