hi there, the bigyin is right, xpsp2 severely limits your tcp/ip open ports by setting to 10. you can also use this; http://www.lvllord.de/ ; to open more ports, i have mine at 10000, but its overkill, you dont need that many. make sure you have up to date antivirus, firewall and are running peerguardian2 or similar as you are wide open to infiltration by opening lots of ports. i also agree with lattyware, i also find utorrent the best, but its horses for courses.... p.s. i am on a 2mb broadband connection and get d/l at 50-250 kbs with utorrent.
