You are trying to ping some one, good for you.
Let me guess, you are trying to use Ethereal or Wireshark and got that when you tried pining some one?

No, not pinning someone at all. It an error log generated by my 2Wire modem router when i tried to use GPGnet. I still don't understand why i can't receive updates through GPGnet - a game server for Supreme Commander just like Ubi and EA game server. However, i can connect to all other server like Ubi, EA game server without any slight issue.
Worst thing is, when i manually download the update for the game server client and update it, it shows this error log message from my modem. Also, when i check with the window error log ID, it says something like "GPGnet.multi.exe faulting module kernel32.dl......" which seems like a memory error to me after looking through the web for answer. So, is it a memory or internet network issue why GPGnet can't work with my system. I tried running modem in DMZ mode, but still the same message come out.

Code 3 ICMP means Destination Unreachable. could mean different things like the server couldn't reach a port(depending on which IP is you), is there any more detailed logs? Most firewalls are set my default to block some ICMP's so hackers cant test out your ports and such.
