Hosting a CSS server?
All I have to do is DL the source dedicated server and some admin plugins right?

Pretty much yeah. Remember to enter Sv_lan 0 so people can join.

You can play on the rig that is hosting it but in order to enjoy a good gaming experience you need to have a pretty powerful computer. Also you don't have to download any admin plugins at all. You get a desktop command prompt through which you can kick and ban players and set the maps.

If you need help setting up a REAL dedicated server, not a lan or listen server, pm me.
__________________I will or can guide you through installing the server, as well as mani mod and other things. You may want to check out srcds.com for quick installation tips and command like startup commands. You will probably want to host this on a seperate rig though and restrict rates..
