smithfraud should get rid of that but you have to run it in safe mode for it to work properly.

check the box in hijack this and push fix selected problems, if that doesn't work you will have to either go into safe mode and delete the file, and if that doesn't work you will have to boot to command line and delete it that way. Smitfraud should however be able to get rid of that if you run it in safe mode.

quick comment if you using xp make sure you have turned off system restore then re do scans etc, if all clean then put system restore back on.
