I'll be home for the summer, and need to get some high speed internet for a decent price. FiOS sounded nice, but I heard that's not in Houston yet.
I need something that will have both good down speed and at least 1Mb up, as I'll be doing some small server hosting (personal stuff, nothing high demand). Ideas? Will comcast cap bandwidth?

When I used to live in the Spring area, we had Road Runner, but that was almost 8 years ago. I don't remember ever having a problem with them, but could be different there now.

Road Runner is Time Warner now. Any critique of them?
