To confirm that the problem is your modem, try connecting a computer directly to the modem.

I am pretty sure it wasn't my router though. I connected my MacBook directly to my Modem and tested it for a day doing the usual stuff that tends to knock me off, and well I got knocked off ALOT lol. I have been trying to bring the issue up with my internet provider (Comcast), but they don't know what the hell they're doing I just want wait to switch to FIOS!!!

Well, sorry to say this but if you are getting the same problem using a different cable router then the problem can only be with your service provider or with the cable itself.
if you look in your routers config pages you should find a link to the system log under either firewall or system. In the log it should tell you when and how often the line has been dropped. Look for the chap authentication entries. These are generated everytime your username and password are authenticated by their server. In the end you will have to call them to try and sort the problem out because it doesn't sound like there is any problem your end.
