Some websites will have a much larger... highest i have had was 1mbs constant... but normally around 100-210... If you use bittorent on popular files, you can really tell how fast your connection is... I would download 4 anime episodes , lower the up to 3kps, and ALWAYS hit 1.1mbps TOTAL. Stays there... for 10-15 minutes Also sometimes nighttime works better because less people are on.

Also.. dont trust those things... They dont mean anything IMO. The bittorent test i feel is better. I got 4724down 936 up when i did it at http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ on a server thats only 200 miles away.
__________________Download Speed: 4724 kbps (590.5 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 936 kbps (117 KB/sec transfer rate) I have gone over that DL speed it clocks... almost 2x that... Upload is close to it though. I saw 130 on a single torrent... (DAMN WoW THIEFS!.. heh i was reDLin wow onto new comp.. it uses its own bittorent client and i cant throttle the up)
