Shaw Throttling? (Calgary, AB, Canada)
Heya guys, just wondering if anyone in Calgary is experiencing any connection throttling. Just today, I turned on my uTorrent, and suddenly, my internet connection drops like mad. My DL speeds can only reach like 90kbps max, compared to my 3mbps from like a week ago. Also, ALL my games lag like mad. I get a ping that fluctuates like crap (from 30ms to 1000ms+). Also, with some internet speed tests, i get like 5mbps without P2P stuff turned on. But as soon as i turn it on, it drops all the way down to like 300kbps.
Just wondering if it's just me. Is anyone else living in Calgary getting this?
