Don't know much about DSL, but maybe your phone filters aren't plugged in? That was a problem with an install I did a few years ago.

got a response from them today and they lowered my SNR to 3db and it has increased my speeds to 8.1mb. I asked them about fastpath and they said it might not be suitable due to the length of my line being 2.8km.

no i have 24mb unlimited, however this is the best i can get

well i suggest u complain
and try to get a few months free

and also change to be* value to save u the money
as value is 8mb and u r getting 8 so why not pay for 8
