Default Win888, Roulette Cheating Guide, Hpqcxs08, and other questionable entries?

Alright, so I installed CC Cleaner, Spybot S&D. I was going through files, deleting stuff today.

I noticed that a folder in My Programs had popped up called Win888, so I went ahead deleted it with passovers and then continued to search google for anything related on it. None, I was wondering if anyone knew of any trace software that could be left over from it or anything that I need to worry about from that one.

Second, after I was done with both scans and a HiJack This scan. Everything seemed clean so I rebooted. I then look back into the C:\WINDOWS folder and notice Roulette Cheating Guide. Was a PDF so I just went ahead and deleted it. Nothing brought up to mind about a possible exploit as it was a PDF. Searched on google, again, nothing came up. Anyone know anything about this? Should I be concerned?

I then went through my services, making sure that nothing was changed there. I see some Acronis services, I installed Acronis earlier, so those were okay. I disabled those. Then continue going down the list. I encounter Hpqcxs08 and HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service. Now I did just install a Photosmart Printer the other day, however I am wondering if I can still disable these and get away with using the printer or anything. Google doesn't bring anything up about being able to disable the service and still use it. So I decided to ask.

Any advice would be great.
