Default Best Wi-Fi Network sniffer/analyzer

So i have a laptop and i'd like to do some research on WEP and WPA and IP Tracking.

So i was wondering what would be a program that would work with vista 32bit that would give me the IP address and possibly crack WEP Keys. Seeing as most keys are Admin or Password i don't think i'd have a problem.

I'd also like to get the IP address and get the exact home address of the IP. A Who is search does not give you the exact location but i'd like to be dam near close if i'm standing near the house. What can i do to get that info

And is there anyway to be logged onto lets say 5 or 10 diffrent networks all combining into one connection

Plz don't delete this thread. It's all "RESEARCH" nothing else

I believe it is against the TOS to talk about cracking WEP keys.

If you want to toy with something check out BackTrack 3.0. It's a Linux distro designed for such things as stated above and legal if used for research on your own network.

If you want more tools check out www.insecure.org

It may be research but how do we know this? I mean you want stuff that can track down a person's home address? No way man, that's what google is for. Not OCN, this thread should be closed before I press Submit Reply.

We're done here. No hacking or cracking discussion, even for "research", is acceptable for OCN.
