Every time I watch videos on Gametrailers.com or any other video sites it lags really bad. Both of CPU cores go to 100% my mouse is laggy its pretty weird. This happens to any web browser I try. Maybe its because of Windows Media Player?

I kinda doubt that. Does it only occur when WMP is open? Are you folding?

Reinstall flash player and see if it helps.

Tried that, didn't change
It occurs when I'm watching online videos only. Like in WMP, Quicktime...when buffer.

Are you on a router? If so is it wireless?

I uninstalled Firefox and used CCleaner then reinstalled it and I think it did the trick.
Here is to resolve the issue: http://www.ghacks.net/2008/06/09/fix...rd-disk-usage/
