Default how to set up a website
hey how do i set up a website? i got a domain name and server space allready and i set up a mySQL database (i think) and i dont know what to do next. anyone has any tips for me? thanks

its a website for my friend he wants to wholesale bb's

he wants something similar to www.bfximports.com somethin simple like this except different colors etc. i just dont know how to set it up when i get it set up i will figure out how to do everything.

somewhat. i did www.islandairsoft.net but i used joomla so everything was mostly allready coded and stuff. i can do some html.

i was thinking of using drupal but im not sure how to install it fresh.

just use frontpage...it should be free and if you look in the advanced options it has all the code worked out for ya so you dont need to know html.

Well you could just do simple HTML for that stuff, don't need any fancy stuff it would probably be easier for such a simple site.

You could invest in a forum and use that as the frontend much like this place. IPB and vB are the best and are both pretty expensive. But if this is for a business, investments usually pay off.

I am telling you that if you want it just like that one that you showed then it would be easier to just whip up something in HTML then to mess with a third party program.
