Arrow Password protected, need help!

So my grandpa (yea my grandpa) had this old router that he wasn't using and said I could have it, and now my problem is that it needs a password to get in... Heres what the IPCONFIG in my command prompt showed me. Can I get into this router to disable the password?

Do you have the name and model of the router?

Go to the IP listed under Default Gateway in a browser and see what comes up.

You can reset the router to factory defaults by pressing and holding the reset button for 10seconds.

Then go the the makers website and they normally have the default user/password to get into the router.

You could always try common passwords like admin, administrator, password, etc.

there should be a reset button on the router. most you have to hold down for a period of time 10-15 seconds. and usually a needle or a pen will work(small object).
