Default Firefox 3 bug? Help please.
A few times a day, I open up Firefox and my homepage is just blank and all of my bookmarks are gone. The only solution I've found is to restart the computer. Also, I know for sure there is nothing wrong with my PC, because the EXACT same thing happens on my laptop and now it just happened on my 2nd home PC.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is their a 'fix'?

P.S. This is just a recent problem. I've been using Firefox for about a year now and it has never happened before.

You should report all bugs to the Mozilla staff in charge of V3. I haven't heard of this bug yet, and I know it'd be appreciated if you were to submit it http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs...ing_guidelines here. I hope you can find a fix for this bug!

Try deleting (backup your bookmarks first) the Appdata Folder for Firefox.

Look here for that information. You can backup your bookmarks by using the Bookmarks > Organize >Backup > Choose where to save it.

If that doesn't work, try a full uninstall and then a reinstall.

Mine did the same thing, happened a few weeks ago and I had nothing, restarted my computer and everything came back.
