MSN Hacked last night - Overclock.net

So early this morning I was up and doing some work when all of a sudden 3 random people added me on msn, I asked my friends if they knew them but they didn't, I added one and asked who they were and what they wanted. He went on saying I posted in this forums (not here) which was like 2 years ago for some game, and asked what hobbies I was into and what music I listened to, personal info, I knew from the get go the person was up to no good and didn't tell them anything. Later on one of them hijacked my msn and started saying stuff using my name, ever since then my internet has been acting all screwy and keeps going out saying limited or no connectivity, I'm checkin netstat -a and I don't see any other IP's. Before this happend my net never went out and never had a problem with "little or no connectivity" Does anyone have any suggestions or tools to help solve this issue?

well i think you just got a trojan in your pc and guess what??it just got activated.
the best thing to do is unplug your internet cable,spyware scan,virus scan and if its possible reformat.its nothing to do about the MSN.i see that a lot of people got their MSN hacked.i think somebody just found a week point in their server.

Well, since its already done you maybe just learned a lesson. I know i did never add strangers to msn.

Reformat.

could be a keylogger on your system too. Don't spend time trying to clean it. Save what data you want and reformat.

It brought the network down in my house, and all the LED's were still green on the router. Whenever I sign onto another computer using msn it says that you have signed in on another computer and signs 1 out, when I was hijacked/hacked the person was able to type on my msn without signing me out, I checked to see if they wrote something first to make it look like a fake but it wasn't.

I just did this
echo /flushdns
ipconfig /flushdns
echo /release
ipconfig /release
echo /renew
ipconfig /renew
exit

saved it as a .bat
and everything is working perfectly.

Okay, i'll explain what's happened.

You, at one time have added at least one them to your MSN and since deleted him/them. However, when you delete them, it just means you can't see their online status, yet they will still see you online.

So, they obviously hit you up. As for making you say stuff, it's a MSN hack/scriptkiddy tool. I've had it done to me before. There are other ones that emulate MSN downloading a file.

Finally, they can freeze your MSN account, but you can recover this by contacting MSN.

Yeah I deleted and blocked them all and when I signed in I signed on as appearing offline, but I know there are websites that check to see if a person is online or not. But now everything is fine again.
