I'm currently on Tiscali and to be honest, they are shocking. I'm looking for a new ISP who will do 8mb line. i don't want to pay over £20/month and i don't want download fees.

Is this possible?

Only way to do it is to see which ISP's are available in your area and see which ones offer the best package. Not all ISP's are available everywhere unfortunately

Are they good?

The only real unlimited choices in my area (in the middle no where) are Virgin and Tiscali.

I have heard many many bad things about Virgin. Unfortunately I don't know h9ow you can find out the local ISP's. But many will tell you to stay away from Virgin.

Are Tiscali that bad!?

Im with virgin, and have never ever had a problem, GODDAMN ITS QUICK, the download speeds are second to none being fibre optic and my ping time is really low, do yourself a favour and get that man.

im on virgin.. had a few probz in the past.. but a nasty phone call soon sorts that out and even get money off if you give them enough earache. problem is tho,,that its gonna work out over 20 a month.. im 35 just for the net and i have to have tv pakage too to get the faster connection
