Default Vista Business: Setting sharing permissions for specific *other* computer?

I want to give write permissions on one of my desktop's shared folders to my laptop, but I want to limit access for everyone else to just read access. How would I go about doing this? I've looked through all of the permissions windows (both sharing and security), but I have no idea how to add another computer to the list.

For clarification:
Folder on Desktop
Everyone: Read
Laptop: Read/Write

Thanks.

Sharing control in a windows enviroment CAN'T be handled by a machine basis, it's purely handled on a user basis. Now, this can still bad accomplished in the way that you're thinking, just a little different setup wise.

Server has login A:
PC1 has Login B:
PC2 has Logic C:
and Laptop has Login D:

What you'll need to do is log into your file server. Setup user accounts B, C, and D (A is already on the server). Now set accounts B and C to read only for the share folders, and give account D full access. Since (i'm assuming) that you're probably using PC's setup to auto login, PC1 and 2 will only ever have read access rights since they'll never be logged in as account D.

Make sense?
