This is easier accomplished that you probably think Digi. The way you would normally go about this is use a clean basic linux install (pick any flavor your like). Then use VMWare to host m0n0wall as a seperate server. Do this 3-4 times so that you're hosting as many servers as you need\want (file server, web server, etc) and this keeps them from interacting with one another and messing up as much
